Hi, old product, no internet connectivity, Spectrum modem, Spectrum advises modem good needs new router. I can't find a Phone # to speak to someone in English? I have a service plan but no help act...

And you wrote the sentence before that one? What do you want to talk about?
What are we to make of "modem good needs new router". Someone somewhere thinks your router is not up to the task?
Did the ISP explain why you need a new router? This is often the first sugegstion when they can't be bothered to -- or can't -- troubleshoot your existing network.
As well as the questions from plemans what about this?
I would like to replace the old Router but can't figure out how to apply my service contract.
Where does a "service contract" come into the picture? What is it for? Who provides it? If it isn't from Netgear then this isn't the place to get help on that front.
