No connection to 5ghz channel on AC1600

After losing the connection my my AC1600 on all my devices I unplugged and plugged the router back in with no change. No network showed up, so I factory reset the router. I can now connect to the 2.4 ...

    It ended up being a motion activated light that killed the 5ghz band. With the light plugged in no network connection, light turned off everything is back to normal
