NO internet access - only one light is on
I purchased this Netgear AC1600 WiFi Cable Modem Router and cannot connect to the internet. Only two lights are being displayed. The power LED light is solid green and the downstream light is blinking. No other lights are displayed. HELP!!! I work from home and need internet access ASAP!!! HELP!

did you have your isp activate the modem?
Is it connected to a proper coax connect that your isp has activated?
These are kind of key as it usually connects to the downstrea and then the upstream once they're locked in. But it needs to be activated to your service.
