I’ll stay on this site for awhile to see if someone smarter than I can help or has an idea why that would be before I have to call and have long wait times on the phone tomorrow thank you!

What, exactly, do you see on your "my wifi list"?
What's a "nighthawk 2200 router"?
Do you have neighbors who might have their own wireless networks? Do
you think that your (unspecified) wireless device can distinguish
between your wireless router and your neighbors' wireless routers?

If you power it off, does the unwanted "a nighthawk 2200 router"
remain in your "my wifi list"?
> [...] the neighbor's list [...]
You have only one neighbor? With only one wireless router or access
point?
> [...] before I have to call [...]
"call" whom? Do you think that any remote person can find the source
of the "a nighthawk 2200 router" in your "my wifi list"? How, exactly
do you think that that would work?

It shows up cause probably one of your neighbors has that router.
