not connecting to fibre

You might check to see if the DGND3700 has an access point mode. Or if its a v1, there's a version of ddwrt that can be installed to it. Its 3rd party firmware so can brick your device but it does add in some capabilities. Again, what use is there for a very old/slow DGND3700
