Does the router have a AP mode setting? I would review the user manual for this information.
If not, then set a new IP address for the routers IP, to what is used no the new main host router, disable DHCP services on the old router then connect the router to the new main host router using one of the old routers LAN ports.

You may find that ReadSHARE is one of the many features that don't work in AP mode.

It isn't listed there, but be prepared for a disappointment.
Unfortunately, the WNDR3400v3 is so old, based on something from 2010, that Netgear isn't likely to update its documentation.
If it does work, it would be great to have some feedback.
