Older router N750

I have an older router - N750.  Until a few days ago everything worked fine.  All device stopped connected, but I was able to go in and re-add them; however, now I can only connect to Netgear 10 and ...

What actual router do you have? n750 is a speed. 

Have you tried a factory reset ? 
What modem/gateway is it connected to? 

Does they device with issues have 5g capability? What device is it?
