a little bending is ok. a kink is not
No kink from what I can see. The internet speed is not stable, espcailly the upload speed (0.18mps at the moment)... Did the line connection affect my internet connection and the speed as well?
what you can try doing is rent optimums cable modem for a month (or how ever long the issue has been cropping up).
If it continues to happen, it proves to optimum that its the line and not the 3rd party equipment. I've had to do that before when an ISP said it wasn't my line.
I'm the only one using that line in my building so i think I'm gonna ask Optimum to replace the line if it's possible. The speed is no joke...
