Orbi AC 3000 dropping connect every 2 minutes
This will be the last Netgear product I ever purchase. Not even a year old and been replaced once already. Now the unit drops internet every 2 minutes. ISP has confirmed the modem and line are good. I call Netgear support to get a replacement sent and they want me to pay for a warranty....ummm don't i have a 1 year "hardware" warranty. Nope..... the unit turns on so the hardwar is fine. The issue needs a technical consultant to fix it. Ive factory reset, updated firmware several times.
