Orbi app not recognize router-srr60
I have an orbi pro srr60 router. The internet works fine, but my app won’t connect to the orbi. It worked fine and then I upgraded the firmware. After the update, the app will not locate the router...
I have the same mesh system and it has done thie same thing. It will not connect to the app on any device. I even tried it on a brand new out of the box android tablet. Still says cannot connect to orbi. I thought it was just my iPhone at frst, but turns out it will not on anything. Internet works fine. I can also use the web portal to manage it, but kinda useless to me without the app.
