Orbi app

I can’t log into my Orbi app because the email address connected to the account is wrong. The Orbi app doesn’t have email verification when you sign up, so if you enter it wrong when signing up you are screwed. Netgear wants to charge me $50 for help. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix?
