Orbi backhaul status disconnected after firmware

Updated my RBR20 and RBS20 to the neweset firmware V2.5.1.16 and now my backhaul status is disconnected. Come ot find out Netgear doens't actually provide support for products, even if they were the ones to break them. instead I'm supposed to come here and hope nice people on the community will help me or read through a bunch of posts.

Just ranting now, but absolute joke.

Anywho, look like people are suggesting downgrading the firmware.
