ORBI Configuration
I am confused by this ORBI. Can connect via iPhone - but trying to connect on the web through orbilogin.com tells me I am not connected. When I clieck on my wireless connect link I see my main WIFI access and my Guest WIFI access and then an ORBI20. (Not even sure what that is?) AM I supposed to connect to the ORBI 20 and then login? Confused.

Is this a new install?
Did you follow the install guide? There's both video version and written version.

This is not. I did an install with the app and been working fine - I just wanted to get into it and look at it from the desktop. Not sure if I ever did or not.
I have the password and login for the app and working fine. But trying to get to the orbilogin page from desktop not working. Starts by saying I am not connected to my router - but I am on the network SSSID from the router which is name ALPHA. Now I see and ORBI20 SSID - but not sure if that is my device or a neighbor. When I went to the IP address (from teh help site -192.168.1.1. I was told I did not have the right password.
Is App password and main login Password the same?
I've never been a huge fan of the app. Half the time it logs in with my fingerprint and the other half the time I need my fingerprint plus the login to the router.
Did you try the forgot password option (if you set it up during the initial install)?
