Orbi Mesh RBR20 Periodically Freezes

I setup the Orbi Mesh RBR20 Wifi router, with one satellite yesterday. The speed is excellent, but it periodically freezes. It is most noticible when video calling. Usually, every 30 or so seconds, it completely freezes, and then unfreezes after about 5 seconds. I have rebooted the routers, and unplugged, and plugged them back in. 

 

I am not using a dedicated modem, we have a fiber connection that doesn't require a modem. Any help is appreciated.

    After much searching, attempting many solutions including factory reset (erase - which made things worse), I reverted my firmware back to RBS20-V2.5.1.16 and RBR20-V2.5.1.16 ( where I was prior to upgrade ) and everything is now working GREAT .. defiantly a firmware issue.  I may never upgrade firmware again in this router.
