believes that it's in any particular place, right or wrong?

   Various organizations claim to keep records of locations for IP
addresses and/or wireless-network SSIDs, which are collected in various
ways, with various degrees of accuracy. Apparently, one of them has a
bad location for some kind of identifier associated with your router.

   If your TV service has it wrong, then your argument is with them, not
with your router.

   I doubt that that matters.

   Various web sites act as if I'm situated 20-odd miles away, at the
offices of my ISP.  I'm not, but the worst problem this error causes me
is needing to type my actual ZIP code into various forms before I get
useful data on store locations, and so on.
