Orbi RBK50

I updated my router to a RBK50. Everything is working well except my Swann security cameras. I can view them on my mobile when connected to the same wifi, but when the mobile is connected via 4g it will not connect. What setting do I have to change to access the camera system remotely. Thanks in advance

        The rbk version doesn't have an integrated modem. the cbk40 version does. 

        So which actual version do you have or what modem/gateway do you have the orbi connected to?
