Orbi RBR20 slow in spite of Cox Gigablast

A couple things.
1. When you run speedtest off the orbi app, it hosts the speedtest on the router. Its going to give you the best result because its hardwired.
2. wireless speeds is variable. Especially with orbi. It does bandsteering. Which can switch you from 2.4ghz to 5ghz based of distance/wireless signal. 2.4ghz broadcasts futher and through more materials but is much much slower than 5ghz. so you need to confirm which band your on when speedtesting as well as distance. speeds will drop off quickly with 5ghz.
3. Devices are important as well. You weren't specific with what you're devices are or the wireless chip in them. these are key as a 1x1 antenna device is going to be half the speed of a 2x2. As well as a wireless n device will be slower than ac.
