Orbi RBR20

I updated the firmware today and tried to check my satellite for connectivity and have now lost the satellite.  When I try to set it back up by clicking "add satellite" it tells me I'm not connected to the network even though I am.  So I close the app, reopen it, and after it says "detecting product" it says "wifi not detected" even though I'm connected to the Orbi wifi!  What am I supposed to do????
