Orbi RBR50 keeps disconnecting every few minutes...

I'm having huge problems with my router. Not really sure what else to do.

I have Verizon fios. Internet seems to go down every ten or fifteen minutes. I'll reboot everything, unplug everything, plug it back in, even do a factory reset and recreate my wifi network, and it comes back up for about ten minutes and then--poof--it's gone again.

Any advice? My wife and I both work from home and we're about at our wit's end. This happened once about a week ago but it seemed to go away after a few hours. Now, it's been like this for more than a day.
