Orbi RBR50 stopped working
Orbi stopped working. Tried resetting router and Orbi. No LED ring light comes on even with powering on and off. Cannot do factory reset. When reset is held, power light never changes or blinks amber....

Mine just flashes white repeatedly even if I hold down the reset button. Tech support wants 89.00 to fix it. It's only 6 months old. I think the firmware update bricked it and now I have to pay to get it fixed. I don't think so.
Try a different manufacturer is my call.
Yeah. It was definitely bricked and I was also not paying $89 just to speak to someone. This was the first time I ever faced having to pay just to speak to customer service. Honestly, it kept me from getting another Orbi. I changed to Google Nest and all is well.
