Orbi RBR750 CONSTANTLY DROPPING INTERNET

orbi AX4200 contantly drops internet connection on all my devices. Even If the router is connected to Ijternet and I can test internet speeds, al my devices are not connected to internet (They are connected to the local network but no to Internet)

It is really annoying to trugle with this contanlty.

I have the most recent firmware udpate : v3.2.16.6_1.4.4

How should I request a refund. since I do not see a solution for this anywere?

It was an expensive investment so I do not want to be dealing with this anymore!!!!!

    A couple things. 

    1. this is the general routers forum for netgear. Not the orbi AX forum. Here's the orbi AX forum

    2. this is the community support forum. Where members of the public try to help others out. We're not netgear. You'd be waiting a while if you're waiting for $ back from the community forum. 

    3. You'd want to contact Netgear support for any refund, rma issues.
