Orbi RBS20- resetting circle app code

I download the circle app for partental controls on my Orbi Router.  I have a Netgear Orbi Tri-band WiFi Mesh + 2 satellites, serial number is 5EH6985RB1ED5.

I have requested the app send me a pass code and it never does send me one.  I am in need of updating the partental controls on Orbi/Circle App.

Please help.
