ORBI RBS50-Wireless No Internet

I have RBS50 Orbi system and this week I have begun having a problem on some of my devices primarily phones and iPads where the device will connect to the primary wireless but shows no internet.  If I switch to the guest network everything works fine.

I have the primary router connected to my cable modem and the secondary is hard-lined into the network.  For example right now my laptop and iPad are connected to the primary wifi but my Android phone says "No Internet" when connected to the same SSID.  When I switch my phone to the guest, everything works fine.  All 3 devices are within 3 feet of each other and within 20 feet of the remote router.  My son has the same problem on his iPad Pro.

I have logged in and changed the channel settings for the wifi but this did not help.

Any suggestions or ideas as to the issue?
