Orbi router VPN stopped working after replacing Cable Modem.

The VPN function used to work fine on my Orbi mesh router. But ever since I replaced my D-Link cable modem with a Netgear cable modem, the VPN no longer connect, doesn't matter from my android phone or from my Windows laptop. I have redownloaded the profile for the OpenVPN app and it still not connecting. Everything else work just fine including my NAS. So I am out of clue what is wrong. I have Xfinity BTW.
