Orbi satellites not showing in iOS app and multiple showings in web app

I have two satellites attached to my Orbi router. Both are hard-wired and showing good backhaul connectivity.

When I check the network map in the ios app, all I see is the router, not the satellites. Checking on the web site, there are multiple (and I mean lots!) of routers listed in the firmware upgrade section. I have posted a screenshot showing this.

Are the two issues related? How can I get rid of the "extra" satellites without carrying out a complete reinstall of the network?
