Orbi WiFi 6 migration from Eero due lack of Parental control - I need help

Hi,

I have now Eero because I could control the time on my kids device, now my kid are getting smarter and are spofing their computer and changing their Mac Address because they are connected via Ethernet not wife and I would like to migrate from eero to Orbi wifi 6 but would like to know if i can setup my orbi wifi 6 everytime someone connect a new computer to request to ask to grant permission for new device to avoid spofing also a timing kill switch so i can setup time on how long internet is allow in the house.
