Orbi WiFi needs reset. #5eh79a5ab5c48
I sold my Orbi’s to someone and they are unable to set up. What do I have to give them to reset the units. I gave the username and password which was located on the United but they still don’t work. Thank you.

The only thing they can't do is register the device to their MyNetgear account. However, this is not required to set-up and operate an Orbi system.
- So how would they set up the Orbi’s at their home? Do I need to remove device from my app?
