Parent control not working

Question

I have a lan to wan setup so each child has their own router that can be turned off and on... One is a r6300v1&nbsp; and the other is a r6300v2. They both connect to a nighthawk 8500 which is connected to an AC1900 nighthawk cable modem.&nbsp; Parental controls worked fine when I last checked in 2016 and no setup changes since but last week I checked and they block nothing at all now regardless of what level of filter. The setup is absolutely unchanged and the DNS addresses are still pointing to opendns. All routers are on current firmware. Is there any known issue preventing parental controls from working?&nbsp;

1. On which device is the Parental Controls configured?

2. What is the exact model number and firmware version of the AC1900 cable modem?

3. Please make sure Parental Controls is configured on the last exit point of the network (cable modem if applicable).

4. Does the issue affect all devices?

5. Have you tried other filtering levels?
