Password problem

I am trying to install an EX 6100v2 AC 750 wifi range extender using the WPS method.

Everything seems to have worked correctly except when I try to connect to the network created it says that my password is incorrect.  I am using the password for my existing wifi network as per the instructions.  Any help would be appreciated

    Hi Fordianid,

     

    Welcome to the community!

     

    You can try resetting the extender back to factory settings as described on page 40 on this link and go through the manual setup to make sure all settings are correct as described on page 8 of this link.
