Password reset - C6220

I don't remember my admin password.

I have tried resetting by pushing the reset button for 7 seconds.

After doing this I lose internet for about 2 minutes, everything comes back, but when I try to log into the router admin/password is not working.  The only other piece of information is that I get a message saying "Your connection to this site is not private".  From there, I'm in a loop.  Enter uid/pwd, hit 'Sign In' and it just fails and the login box reappears.

Any suggestions?

    push and hold reset for up to 30 seconds while its powered on. 

    Default login: admin

    default password: password
