Password reset issues
I have reset my router twice now and when I go to log in, it is saying that the default admin and password log in is wrong. The security questions are also not ones that I have ever used before, so I do not have a way to answer them. How can I fix this issue?

First of all, we do apologize for the inconvenience of not getting back to you immediately due to the backlog in the system. Have you tried using different web browser? How about clearing the cache on your web browser? You may try resetting the router to factory default as well to restart the setup.
