PC cannot find 5Ghz router (2.4 is fine) ..phones & tablets can find 5Ghz

4 smart phones (2 Samsung...2 IPhones) and 2 IPads have no problem finding & connecting to both 5 & 2.4 Ghz routers....2 laptops can only find the 2.4 router.  Cannot find the 5Ghz to connect like the other devices

    Hi daveplantz,

     

    Please make sure that the wireless adapters on the devices support the 5GHz band (dual band) since not all devices are capable of detecting the both frequency.
