Per Device time limits/restrictions R6400

I have 2 children/preteens in the house and I am looking at doing some form of time limit or usage limit per day on their mobile devices (ipad and tablets).  I have noticed that the Parental Controls that Netgear was using has gone away and has been mainly replaced by OpenDNS.  I have signed up for this for the content filtering, but now I am looking at how to dynamically block their devices after a set time, or better yet, after a set amount of bandwidth/traffic is used (eg. 500Mb of data used).  Is there anything in the Netgear platform to be able to perform this function?
