Periodic interruptions RBS50 and Sonic network

Hi Community,

I have a RBS50 with 1 satellite. I switched from Xfinity a couple of years ago to Sonic Fiber Network. Its faster in general, but several times a day the network will go down. I've called Sonic actually during the disruption and they see on their end that the signal is fine.

I also am often resetting the Orbi because of this. I was convinced that it was my service that was having the issue and not the Orbi router.
