Please help - I'm unable to connect to my work VPN with Netgear router.
I have the Netgear N600 router modem combo that had been working fine for the last two years. I wfh and have to use VPN (Cisco Anyconnect) to work. One random day I woke up and just couldn't connect ...
1. what router do you have? N600 is a speed
2. A N600 device is a pretty old router and pretty low performing. Even if we get it fixed, might be time to upgrade to something from the current generation of products
3. What firmware is on it?
4. what modem/gateway is the router connected to?
5. Does it make a difference if the pc is hardwired in or wireless?
6. have you contacted cisco to see if any settings are needed to be changed on the router for the vpn.
