Port Forward Fail WNDR4500, 2 Networks

Hi! I am trying to port forward my server for my friends to play because I have just purchased the game, I have set up my static IP for my router, and the same speeds of 800 mbps Download, at 40 Upload. I port forwarded and everything, but when my buddies try to connect via my IP, with the port of 25565, it won't let them in, and when I try to connect, it keeps telling me that the connection was refused. I checked my router panel, telling me that theres only one device online (my pc), and I reset it so that I can port forward. So when I reset my router, it still had my old Network Name and password popping up on my phone, and I could connect and everything and use it as if nothing was changed, and the new SSID was popping up, and working just fine. So I was wondering, since it says 1 device on the network, does it really mean 1 device, or is it not showing because of the old SSID still working, along side with the 2.4gHz network, and the 5gHz network that was reset to factory.

Help? I have updated it to the lateset version, and I have the WNDR4500, and is connected to a COX gateway modem.

Hey! Sorry for the very late response. We were tied up in backtracking cases to make sure nothing is amiss. Do you still require assistance with this query?

This may be an issue with double NAT. Since you are using a gateway. What happens if you connect directly to the gateway without the router?
