"can't" is not a useful problem description. It does not say
what you did. It does not say what happened when you did it. As usual,
showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results (error
messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
descriptions or interpretations.

Note that completely obscuring your external/public IP address is not
helpful.

On the device at "192.168.1.2"? Yes. I have also reserved this address for this particular computer to avoid problems after restarting router

I asked them to add a new server in minecraft multiplayer but they got an error message which I am attaching a screenshot of.
All four LED indicators of my router are on and I see no change in it.
I am not sure what help could my real public IP address be but its something like this 1.186.***.***
