Poweline 500 xavb5221 not connecting to popcorn hour

Hi all I have recently changed my main router and now cannot get my popcorn hour to connect up to the internet. It is wired through the powerline 500. All the lights are green and it says it has a connection but as soon as I do anything it says there is no internet connection. I've looked everywhere for info but do I need to change the settings of anything.... help thanks
