Pre-sales research

I'm looking to switch my VIrgin Media router to modem only mode and connect a third party router to it that has better functionality. Do any of the Netgear routers support the following features;

1) The ability to configure a user specified DNS suffix for the internal network.

and 

2) Support for OpenVPN server so that I can use OpenVPN to establish a secure connection into my network from elsewhere, e.g. from public WiFi

    Thank you for reaching us out. First of all we do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. All of our Nighthawk routers support user-specified DNS and most of our newer models support OpenVPN service i.e. R7XXX and above, RAX series.
