Prepaid Return Label Request for RMA

Hi,

Received my replaced product and I was told that they would be a pre-paid return label to sent the faulty product back however they isn’t and I don’t want to be charged for not returning the faulty product as I never got the return label as promised. The agent I spoke to also agreed that I shouldn’t be charged as I never got the return label as it was suppose to be included.
