Prevent WiFi user from using printer

I have a C6300 Netgear modem.

I granted access to one of my neighbors to use my WiFi when theirs goes down.  But sometimes they send documents to my WiFi printer.

Is there a way to prevent them from using my printer while still allowing them to access my WiFi when theirs is down?
