Problems Downloading App to my Dell PC

Greetings all,

Not a regular member of this group but I'm having issues and not sure where to turn as the company site does not show a link where else I can download app.

Recently acquired a Dell Optiplex 3010 Pro that I hope to make my home server out of. I have added a Wi-Fi card and a bluetooth dongle and I'm connecting wirelessly to the internet through my network. The issue is that I'm unable to monitor the network through the PC. I'm using Windows 10 OS. I'm using the Netgear Nighthawk AC1200 Smart Wifi Router with external antenna. Model R6230. Not IT inclined but I can usually follow directions.

As of right now the only thing I'm sure I'm having issues with is downloading the app so I can monitor my network. Any Ideas.
