problems RBR20

We have a Orbi RBR2200 with a satellite... works fine.. Except when someone is on a Zoom call on a computer and another person tries to stream Netflix or something via a Roku on the TV in the next room. Then Zoom goes down. My internet provider says it isn't them... there's a strong signal. Any ideas? I will contact Roku also.
