R1620

I recently upgraded to dual band R1620 router and now I am unable to see my wifi network on network. This Wifi network perfectly works on mobile ls and through ethernet cable. But unable to see on laptop

    What firmware is on the router? 

    what modem is it connected to? 

    What are the led's on the router all showing? 

    Did the wifi on/off button get hit? Push and hold it for 2 seconds. 

    Is this a new device? If so, you have 90 days of free support (paid after that) on new devices. Click "mynetgear" at the top. register an account and then the device. From there you can contact support.
