R6020-can not access wifi on any device

I have tried calling my internet provider and everything and can't get the internet to work on phone or desk top
  • Hi Tami33,

     

    1. Please make sure you are able to go online when connected straight to the modem.

    2. Have you tried turning off and turning on the devices in sequence (turn off modem and router then turn on modem first and then the router)?
