R6020 Internet Setup 403 Error
My router decided to factory reset itself and I am attempting to add my DNS server back into it, but am getting 403 errors when trying to do anything on the Internet tab (even changine nothing and clicking apply). I have:
- Factory reset the router
- Restart my computer
- Tried in Chrome Incognito
- Rolled back frimware from V1.0.0.51 to V1.0.0.48
- Factory reset the router again
- Tried on Chome, Edge, and Firefox
- Plugged in my laptop and tried Chrome, Edge, and Firefox
None of these steps have worked. Is there anything else that could work or is my router bricked?
So I unplugged my router from my battery backup ethernet protector and the 403 error went away.

Ethernet port from wall. My landlord has whatever upstream and it leads out to Vast.
