There is no such thing as the R6920 in the Netgear support zone.
I wanted to check to see what colour the power LED should be. White is the usual colour, but some devices are different.
The correct model number is important. Unlike the normal update process, TFTP may not warn you if you try to use the wrong firmware file.

If it goes off completely, that is not the usual indicator of broken firmware.
