what device is having issues?

How are you testing packet drop?
is it happening over wifi?
Over wired?
What modem/gateway is it connected to?
Does it have the same packet loss if directly connected ot the gateway?

Hi,
Currently, as far as I know, it's on all my devices. I'm using the generic Windows packet tool with some generic port scanners. It's connected to an Arris modem, and it's over wireless and wired. I can't connect directly to my modem.- plemansJul 23, 2021Guru - Experienced User

And why can't you directly connect to the modem?

The modem is much older, and I can't get a model number, since I'm currently not at my house.
