r6080 firmware update

I was trying to upload the firmware update on this router through nighthawk.  When I went in and it asked me for my password I entered it and it took me to a verification page.  It asked me to verify using my email address so I did so I could receive the code.  Well I never got the email tried several times and still no email.  I cannot update my router because I cannot get the verification code.  Is there anyway I can get this resolved.
