What modem/gateway do you have?
what firmware is on the router?
does it happen to all devices? wired and wireless?
What actually happens? do devices say "connected, no internet"? Does wifi stop broadcasting entirely? Does it broadcast but you can't connect? Details are key in helping out.
It says connected to house network but not internet this is on my Phillips smart TVs and also my Alexa says it can’t connect
